Camp Mattatuck in conjunction with Regional School District 15, Naugatuck Public Schools and other local districts presents STEM Day Camp! STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. This program aims to give Campers going into grade 3 - 8 an opportunity to branch out into different aspects of the STEM program. Each day will run from 9am - 3:30pm. The program will feature the ability for campers to participate in STEM related experiments and exploration daily while being able to be part of a full day camp experience. Campers will have the opportunity to have a water activity in the pond daily along with hiking, rock wall bouldering, archery, robotics and remote control vehicles. This program aims to keep the participants learning and engaged in a fun outdoor learning environment. The camp will run for two weeks July 8 - July 19th. There will be bus transportation from the local High Schools.
