Program Planning Meeting

On the Tuesday evening before your troop's scheduled week at Camp, there is a program planning meeting, which starts at 7:30 p.m. Your summer campl leaders and junior leaders are inivited to attend the meeting, held in the Rotary Dining Hall. During the first half of the meeting our administrative staff will walk through some of the current year rules and regulations, and give you a high level view of what to expect from your week at camp. The remainder of the meeting is devoted to giving your troop a chance to meet representatives from each of our program areas. During this time troops will learn about the activities offered and sign up for morning and evening programs. This meeting also provides time for troops to get to know one another and learn about the folks they'll be spending the week with at Camp. Troops are also encouraged to bring copies of their medical forms as our health officer will be on hand to review them for any problems or missing information prior to your arrival at Camp.
